Scholarship Information & Application for Students

Davidson-Davie Community College Foundation scholarships are provided through the generosity of private donors or organizations in our community who support our students and programs. Some scholarship donors stipulate that preference be given to students meeting certain criteria, so please complete all fields of the application so that we can explore all avenues of scholarship funding for you.

For many of our scholarships, preference is given to students enrolled at the college full-time (12 hours or more) with at least 12 semester hours already completed. GPA and academic requirements vary by scholarship.

Please complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). If you have not completed the FAFSA at the time this application is reviewed, we can’t consider you for a scholarship.

Every effort will be made to notify you of your scholarship application status before the start of the fall semester. The amount of your scholarship award is affected by other financial aid that you may be receiving. Please check your StormTrac account, college e-mail account, and your mail regularly to ensure that you receive the latest updates from the Davidson-Davie Foundation and from all other Davidson-Davie offices. You will be required to complete a thank you note if you receive a scholarship, so we have created a new online thank you note submission form, found here: davidsondaviefoundation.org/scholarshipnote
